|Recommended: YesGood Experience — It’s been a great year living in Amity Gardens, but the hallways of Birch house and the play grounds are always littered with garbage and never seem to be cleaned unless residents of the building get tired of looking at it.

I’m very sorry to hear about the condition of the playground and the hallways in Birch. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to maintain. I’ve already contacted our maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure both areas are thoroughly cleaned and monitored more closely moving forward.

|Recommended: YesSafe Environment At A Dated Property In The Process Of Improvements. — Amity Garden Apartments is a nice community with dated buildings that are in the process of being updated by a fairly new maintenance staff that is responsive and office staff that address needs as quickly as possible. It is not a luxury accomodation, but the trash service is managed much better than the prior property I left that claimed to be luxury and the staff are more interested in your satisfaction with your stay at Amity. The community is mostly friendly people who go about their business. It's an environment that a single mother could raise a family in and feel relatively safe. The buildings are sturdy albeit aged but the property management and maintenance are making concerted efforts to correct old electrical and other issues that happen over time in a property that has long been established. Parking is full but there is off street parking in a safe enough environment to park your cars there. The complex is adjacent to nice developments and, with the exception of the trash outside dropped by inconsiderate residents and an inconsiderate dumping of food, kitty litter and poop near my apartment, the community is fairly well kept. They are ESA friendly and considerate of those with disabilities.

|Recommended: YesDecent Place To Live — Amity Garden is a nice place to live. Very friendly staff. Quick responses to issues. Apartments are very nice. Please note we got a remodeled apartment. Appliances are wonderful and not cheap ones. Nice size for a two bedroom. Very clean and nice. We love it. But there are some draw backs but not enough to ruine it. Some have private porches but not ours. I live in the Aspen House 1st floor and my layout is completely different from what I was showen and the layout isn't on the website. Which I wish I was told before. But it is the same size but no walk in closet but a walk in pantry if u want. My kitchen is next to the stairs that go upstairs. And i have a gally kitchen. But i get a huge living room instead. So it has its pros and cons
The parking is not good. If alot of people visit it can be difficult at times but very seldom. No dedicated handicap space for urself if need one. But overall it's a very nice place. Would recommend.
